Affordable Apartments in Green Tree Place

Green Tree Place is a mixed-income community providing top-notch residences and amenity spaces. Along with market rate rents, a portion of our well-appointed living spaces are reserved at economical rental rates for households earning 80% of median household income. To qualify for our affordable Green Tree Place apartment homes, all applicants need to meet the standard rental qualifications, and combined gross annual income cannot exceed the income limits of the 80% median family income limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Median Family Income:

•            1-person home may earn no more than $53,040

•            2-person home may earn no more than $60,560

•            3-person home may earn no more than $68,160

•            4-person home may earn no more than $75,680

•            5-person home may earn no more than $81,760

 

Income Verification:

To begin the application for Green Tree Place, we ask that you present the following documents:

•            Paystubs for the most recent four-week period.

•            Bank Statement for most recent month.

•            Tax returns for the most two recent two tax years.

•            Other potential income-SSI, Child Support, Cash Gifts, etc.
